You may return your item (or whole order) back to us unworn and in its original packaging for a replacement or a refund, within 30 days. If you are returning your whole order, we ask you to include any additional items or gifts, which may have been included with that order.
When returning goods, please obtain your own receipt of posting certificate, recorded or registered as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return an item for an exchange, your replacement will be despatched as soon as possible, usually within 7 working days.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).
