Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused in their original packaging.

If you originally paid for your order by credit or debit card, a refund will be issued to your card account without further notification to you and will appear on your card statement.

If you originally paid by cheque then a cheque refund will be sent to you.
